The Planning Board meets on the fourth Thursday of the month at 6:30 PM at the Town Hall. The public is welcome.
All mylars will be recorded at the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds by the Northwood Planning Board for the following fees:

|Minor Site Plan||$200.00 application fee. $10.00 per abutter notice. $60.00 public notice fee.|
Major Site Plan
$300.00 application fee and $0.025/sf for disturbed area. $10.00 per abutter notice. $60.00 public notice fee.
$100 application fee; $10.00 per abutter notice; $60 public notice fee.
|Minimal Impact Site Plan||$100.00 application fee. $10.00 per abutter notice. $60.00 public notice fee.|
|Design Review||$150.00 application fee. $10.00 per abutter notice. $60.00 public notice fee.|
|Minor/Major Subdivision||$200.00 application fee, plus $200.00 per lot.|
|Lot Line Adjustment||$100.00 application fee, plus $50.00 per each lot affected.|
|Pin Inspection||$60.00 per lot.|
|Public Notice||$60.00 per public notice and $10.00 per abutter or other party noticed.|
|Plan Copies||$25.00 per sheet|
