TOWN OF NORTHWOOD

AMERICAN LEGION SIGN AUCTION

The Northwood Select Board is accepting bids for the sale of the historic American Legion Post 78 sign. The hand carved wooden sign measures approximately 8’ in length and 1’ wide.

The successful bidder shall remove the sign from Town property at their own expense within seven (7) days of bid acceptance by the Select Board.

The successful bidder will be responsible for the following:

1. Payment by cash or certified check in full within five (7) days of notice of bid acceptance.
3. The Select Board reserves the right to accept or reject any bid submitted for any reason.

Bid Requirements: All bids must be received by 4:00pm on September 12th, 2023. All bid amounts must be stated in writing and numerical form, in an envelope addressed to the Town Administrator, 818 1^st NH Turnpike, Northwood, NH 03245 noting American Legion Sign on the front of the envelope.
