Lifeguards & WSI
Northwood, NH – Applications are being accepted for certified lifeguards to work at the Town’s public beaches from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
Valid lifeguard certification, CPR certification and background check required. Water Safety Instructor certification a plus. Reimbursement available for certification fees.
Lifeguards with WSI are responsible for teaching swim lessons for a variety of levels and for completing the necessary paperwork in a timely manner. Lifeguards are responsible for assisting with the teaching of swim lessons. Applicants must be dependable, enjoy working with youth and families and have good communication and problem-solving skills. Prior aquatic experience is desired. All applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
WSI/Lifeguards must be available to work between the hours of 11AM and 5 PM. Weekend hours and holidays a must.
