Notice of Public Hearing- Petition to Change the Boundaries of Gulf Village district pers RSA 52:5

The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Northwood will hold the legally required public hearing on the petition to change the boundaries of the Gulf Village district in the Town of Northwood, as approved in September 2018 village District for the purpose of layout, acceptance, construction and maintenance of roads within the proposed district and is as follows: Remove 118-1.2, 115-2, 115-8, 115-113—9 (not mapped), 113-20 (not mapped) 116-224 should be 116-24 add 115 -21.1.1 116-36.56 Notice per RSA 52:5
The Town of Northwood is looking for bids to Grind ,reclaimed, paving, Sherbourne Hill rd. Northwood approx. 3,500ft x 22ft,with 2.5 winter binder. Including culvert, ditching, and possible under drain included.
Traffic signs ,flaggers and or Police detail will be the responsibility of the contractor.
AC clause will be included .
Also the Town of Northwood will be looking for bids for culvert replacement and ditching for the Ridge Rd and Harvey Lake Rd Northwood. Areas dug will need to be paved to existing grade with a 2.5 winter base.
Traffic signs, flaggers or Police detail will be the responsibility of the contractor.
Any interested contractor please notify the Town of Northwood Administrator or Road Agent to set up a walk down by May 7th 2019.
Distances are approximates and details of said areas are subject to change.

Northwood ROADSIDE CLEANUP April 27, 2019 In celebration of Earth Day, members of the Northwood Conservation Commission will be picking up trash along roadsides in our community on April 27, 2019 Volunteers* to help in this effort are greatly appreciated.
