CASE 18-04: Northwood Mountain View Development, First NH Turnpike, Map 230 Lot 82. Applicant seeks relief to allow the expansion of the non-conforming residential density of the lot and proposes a reduction in the lot size containing the existing Manufactured Home Park to create four new lots for single family homes which will not be served by the existing community water system and requests the following: A variance to Article VII Section C; Article IV Section B(3); and Article VI.D, Section 4(c) of the zoning ordinance.

CASE 18-06: Ledgewood Realty Trust/Millstone Realty Trust, 1090 First NH Turnpike. Map 211 Lots 2, 14, 15, 16, 17; Map 217 Lots 34, 35, 36. Applicant seeks a Special Exception as specified in the zoning ordinance article VI Section A4.


 


CASE 18-07: Linda Savinelli and Martha Greenhart, 369 Jenness Pond Road. Map 102 Lot 1. Applicant seeks a variance from Article IV.B (1)(c) for length of road frontage that does not meet the zoning ordinance, lot has 107 feet, where 150 feet is required.


 


CASE 18-08 Nouria Energy Corporation, 137 First NH Turnpike, Map 234 Lot 52. Applicant seeks a Special Exception as specified in the zoning ordinance Article VI Section VI.A.(4) (a)
