CASE 19-2: Unified Properties, LLC (Fredrick Vega, owner) 1446 First NH Turnpike Map 215 Lot 1.  Applicant seeks relief to add a third residential unit to a residential structure that currently has two residential units and requests the following:


 


  • An equitable waiver of dimensional requirements from Article IV Section B (4)

 


CASE 19-3: Jonathon and Carrie White, 55 Rand Road Map 102 Lot 22. Applicant seeks relief to add an office and storage space to the existing residential structure and requests the following:
