Marriage Information-How to obtain a Marriage License
Both parties need to be at the Town Clerks office at least 1 hour or more prior to closing
Monday-Thursday 8:30am-3:00pm
Saturdays (1st or 3rd of each month) 8:30am-10:30am
This process take 20-40 minutes!
What to bring:
- Photo ID for both
- Birth Certificate for both
- Divorce Decree (most recent) if applicable
