Town of Northwood NH

Trustees of Trust Funds are the custodian of the town's capital reserve/expendable trust funds, charitable trusts, and perpetual care funds. 

The Trustees of Trust Funds release capital reserve and expendable trust funds to the appropriate government officials upon request and release funds based on the wishes of the donor in the case of privately donated funds. Additionally, the Trustees of Trust Funds make the decisions on how these funds are to be invested based on the investment policy adopted by the town and state of NH statutes RSA 31:22 through 31:25 for trusts and RSAs relating to capital reserves.

Trustees are elected to serve three year terms on a staggered rotation.
