The Northwood Food Pantry and the Northwood area churches will be sponsoring Thanksgiving and Winter Holiday Food Baskets for any Northwood resident in need. if you are in need of receiving a Thanksgiving or Winter Holiday Basket, please drop by the Northwood Town Hall and fill out the form available at the front desk no later than November 9th for a Thanksgiving Basket and by December 7th for a Holiday Basket. if you have any questions, please contact David Balian, Human Services Director, at 942-5586, ext. 208.

Northwood, a bucolic town in southeastern New Hampshire, was founded in 1773 when its first settlers successfully petitioned the Governor's Council requesting separation from Nottingham. Since this section of Nottingham had been known as the great north woods, the newly formed town was called Northwood.
Northwood Town Offices are open from 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday thru Thursday.
