Northwood is participating in the multitown yard sale.This event will be held on Saturday June 6th and Sunday June 7th. If you would like to hold a yard sale please register your address with the Town Hall. We will have a list of all participating addresses and will place it on the Town website. The Board of Selectmen will waive the standard yard sale fee for this event. If you wish to have your location placed in the advertisements with the Greater Pittsfield Chamber of Commerce whom is creating printable and on line maps, you may contact them at www.pittsfieldchamber.org. They are asking for a $5 fee for this process.

Northwood, a bucolic town in southeastern New Hampshire, was founded in 1773 when its first settlers successfully petitioned the Governor's Council requesting separation from Nottingham. Since this section of Nottingham had been known as the great north woods, the newly formed town was called Northwood.
Northwood Town Offices are open from 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday thru Thursday.
