1. Call to order 7pm by Ken Curley
2. Minutes: Motion to accept as written MW/DC unanimous.
3. Review of meeting with Selectmen:

Municipal Composting project-Selectmen voiced concerns and related that Dave Docko will remove the existing pile. They requested we focus on household composting education.  Barbara will write for free composters. Committee consensus to provide community education with a demonstration project on household composting at the Transfer station with volunteer committee members at the Transfer station to show citizens examples.  Margaret will contact Gary Garnett who offered to do a video on composting. The plan would be for Margaret to do a short video from her yard on methods of composting and ask Viena Dow if she would also do a video demonstration.  Ken will speak to Dave and Pete regarding a link on the town website where we can have a "What to do with this" site to answer citizen recycling questions.

Scales-Selectmen are not convinced that purchasing scales will be cost effective. They wish to see what the return on investment would be. Selectmen would prefer that we recommend readjusting fees that reflect what surrounding towns are charging.

Aluminum cans: Ken reports that Steve is reviewing options to determine if we could make additional revenues if we did this with facility staff.

Lamprey Haul questions: Ken reports that the new register should provide the dates of hauls and Steve will communicate with Lamprey to obtain haul data.
