Chairman Robert Strobel calls the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. 

PRESENT: Chairman Robert Strobel, Selectmen Representative Scott Bryer, Rick Wolf, Joe McCaffrey, Alternate Victoria Parmele, and Town Planner Elaine Planchet. Board Administrator Linda Smith arrives at 6:10 p.m.

ABSENT:  Vice Chairman Tim Jandebeur, Herb Johnson, Babette Morrill, and Alternates Adam Sprague and Pat Bell.

VOTING DESIGNATION: Bob Strobel, Scott Bryer, Rick Wolf, Joe McCaffrey, and  Alternate Victoria Parmele.

PUBLIC HEARING
Mr. Strobel reads the public notice regarding the proposed development ordinance amendments into the record. He explains the amendments proposed. No public is present. Mr. Strobel closes the public hearing portion of this meeting at 6:10 p.m.

Ms. Smith arrives at 6:10 p.m. 

With no additional comments or discussion held, Mr. McCaffrey makes a motion, second by Mr. Bryer, to recommend the proposed changes to the Northwood Development Ordinances, as written and presented at the public hearing;  and add to the 2012 ballot. Motion passes unanimously; 5/0.

Ms. Planchet will draft a press release for informational purposes, for publication in the Suncook Sun, Forum, town’s website, and posting in the standard places.

Adjournment
Mr. McCaffrey makes a motion to adjourn at 6:17 pm. Mr. Bryer seconds the motion. Motion passes unanimously; 6/0.
