Call to Order
Chairman Ken Curley called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Roll Call
Chairman Ken Curley, Selectman Alden Dill, Selectman Scott Bryer, and Town Administrator Paul Martel.

Town Administrator’s Report
Vendor Manifest
Vendor Manifest in the amount of $585,115.52. **Motion** Mr. Dill motioned, seconded by Mr. Curley, to approve the vendor manifest for $585,115.52. Motion passed unanimously; 3/0. The manifest was signed by the board.

Purchase Order ~ D.L. Docko
Mr. Martel presented the board with a purchase order for D.L. Docko for plowing and sanding in the amount of $5,000. **Motion** Mr. Dill motioned, seconded by Mr. Curley, to approve the purchase order for D.L. Docko for services for plowing and sanding, in the amount of $5,000. Motion passed unanimously; 3/0. The purchase order was signed by the board.

2009 Town Warrant
Mr. Martel presented the board with the 2009 town warrant and explained that it must be signed and posted. After review, **Motion** Mr. Dill motioned to approve the posting of the 2009 town warrant, as presented. Mr. Curley seconded the motion and the motion passed; 3/0. The board signed the warrant.

Non-Public Session
6:15 p.m. **Motion** Mr. Bryer made a motion, seconded by Mr. Dill, to go into a non-public session under RSA 91-A:3II(c). 
Roll Call Vote:
Selectman Dill – yes
Selectman Bryer – yes
Selectman Curley – yes
Motion passed unanimously; 3/0.
**Motion** Mr. Curley made a motion, seconded by Mr. Bryer, to come out of non-public session at 7:45 p.m. Motion passed unanimously; 3/0.
**Motion** Mr. Curley made a motion, seconded by Mr. Dill, to seal the minutes of the non-public session. Motion passed unanimously; 3/0.

7:50 p.m. **Motion** Mr. Curley motioned to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Dill. The motion passed unanimously; 3/0.
