There are many complex and personal issues surrounding estate planning and probate. In approximately one hour, attorney Kathryn S. Williams will explain the issues many people face when trying to plan for their economic future and the security of their family. Topics covered include the following: probate, wills, powers of attorney, advanced directives/living wills, estate tax planning, asset protection/medicaid issues, and other important estate planning topics.
