Board of Selectmen Meeting Minutes of 7-31-06 Approved with corrections 8-08-06
Minutes July 31, 2006
Call to order at 5:20 P.M.
Roll Call: Scott Bryer, Ken Witham and Doug Shaffer all present
Motion to enter Non-Public session by Doug Shaffer for purpose of interviews for Town Administrator position under R.S.A. 91-A:3 II ( c) seconded by Ken Witham voting Yes, Ken Witham, Doug Shaffer and Scott Bryer.
At 9:35 the selectmen came out of Non-Public no action taken on interviewee’s. Motion to seal the minutes by Doug Shaffer seconded by Ken Witham vote unanimous.
