Chairman Stephen Roy calls the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Present and Voting Designation: Chairman Stephen Roy and Vice-Chairman James Ryan.

ABSENT:

Loren O’Neil, Steve Hampl, and Alternate Pauline Lemelin.

Wini Young was also in attendance.

The purpose of the meeting is to review the appraisal and the agreement provided by the Johnsons regarding the Johnson property. After review of the materials, Steve Roy makes a motion, second by Jim Ryan, to accept and sign the appraisal, as well as accept and sign the agreement provided by the Johnsons, both as written. Motion passes unanimously; 2/0.

The appraisal and agreement are signed.

Motion to adjourn is made by Jim Ryan, seconded by Steve Roy. Motion passes unanimously; 2/0, at 7:12 p.m.
