Northwood voters approved the Interim Growth Manangement Ordinance by a
vote of 180 for and 31 against on Oct. 20, 2004. This will be in effect
for up to a year unless superceded by a Growth Management Ordinance
during this period. The Master Plan Committee and the Planning Board
are working on an update to the Master Plan, and a Growth Management
Ordinance to be voted on in March. You can find the dates for their
