Minutes of June 16, 2005 

Present: Donna Bunker, Ken Curley, Lucy Edwards
 
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. 

The April 28, 2005 minutes were reviewed and approved.
 
OLD BUSINESS:  The town meeting tapes were delivered to Metrocast.   Ken will deliver copies of the town meeting tapes to the library as soon as he can.
 
Donna will email the final copies of the April 28 minutes to Lucy with a reminder to post to the town website.
 
Donna will update the volunteer publicity with information about the next meeting and will submit for publication.
 
There has not been any response from Metrocast regarding the request for a PEG grant.
 
NEW BUSINESS:  Ken informed the committee about the LRPA meeting he attended on Monday, June 13.
 
Scott Behner from the Boy Scouts contacted Donna about submitting training videos to the local access channel.  To date he has not submitted any videos for review.
 
The committee reviewed applications for the cable coordinator position from Gary Garnett and Sean Daigle.   Donna will contact both applicants and request that they attend the next meeting for interviews.
 
The next meeting will be held at the Chesley Memorial Library on Thursday, July 21, at 6:30 p.m.
 
The meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
