Charlie Pease of the Northwood Highway Department has achieved Master Road Scholar status through the UNH Technology Transfer Center Roads Scholar Training Program. Charlie and the other new Master Roads Scholars are featured in the current edition of Road Business, the newsletter published by the Technology Transfer Center. In order to achieve the title of Master Roads Scholar, participants must complete over 140 hours of training and contact hours.
