Minutes of May 19, 2009

Lucy Edwards, Renee and Ken Camille, and Gary Garnett, Cable Coordinator were in attendance.

Minutes of the April 7 meeting were approved as written.

The committee discussed options for the Farmers Market table on Aug. 13th.  Gary discussed the possibility of putting together a remote production system, if not for the market day, for the future.  He will  bring a proposal to the next meeting.  Meanwhile, he will look into either battery operated DVD players or a laptop computer to play some videos at the table.  Renee will get some information to make a brochure and hopes to work with Pat on that.  Renee will also work on some video productions to show at the table, with hopes of getting some more people interested in working with the committee.

Gary will be taping the NALMC event on July 11th.  The Camilles may be available to help him.

The committee agreed to skip the June meeting, which would have been scheduled in a couple of weeks, and meet again on July 7th.
